Return Policy

Items sold (excluding promotional items & customized orders) in good original condition and accompanied by original invoice and certificates (where applicable) are eligible for one-time exchange for another similar or higher value article within five days from the date of purchase.

Please note that returns will only be handled by our retail stores in Sri Lanka within the stipulated period, Swarnamahal will not borne any courier / shipping charges pertaining to item return.

No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced, including custom design and custom size.

Execution of a warranty for repairs, exchange, or refund is subject to goods being returned at the buyer's cost to Sawrnamahal Jewellers' head office in Colombo, Sri Lanka, for assessment and approval.

Refund Policy

Swarnamahal Jewellers Ltd, does not issue cash refunds.
